– We guarantee the safety and security of all personal information provided and data stored on our website and not to distribute this information in any way or form to any third party except in the case of official authoritative pursuit for breaking the rules and regulations of Saudi Arabia
– Members with no facebook accounts can fill our mailing list subscription form and provide their mobile phone number where we will call them and verify them accordingly
– All members are responsible to respect the privacy of all other members and will be held accountable, every member will have three chances after which Nomad reserves the right to terminate their membership
– The only persons who have access to your personal information is the owner of the company and the representative who sold you the ticket
– The only other case where some of your information might be shared is with the local government authorities when needed in which case you will be informed
– We should let you know in advance that we document each tour and we provide free pictures of the tour as a gift to our guests, please do not ask the photographers not to take pictures as it prevents them from doing their job
– Pictures of you taken during the tours by our photographers will not be shared publicly in any advertisements or social media without your consent
– Nomad reserves the right to allow sharing pictures exclusively within our private community only, any member/staff/volunteer that shares any of these photos outside the group without the owner’s consent is in infringement of the privacy policy and is subject to official and legal proceedings..
